Windsor Integrated Services Group (WISG) has appointed a Chairman, Nick Mayhew to join the Board of Directors and speed up the pace of development.
Nick is an equity partner at Price Bailey where he heads up the business strategy and development practice as well as the technology group, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, and planning. The firm of chartered accountants, and specifically Nick, has worked with WISG for over ten years.
Nick’s role will be to help Managing Director, Tony Windsor, to speed up the pace of development and ensure the Board delivers against the group’s long term growth strategy.
Nick says: “I’ve worked with Jeff, Tony and Alex for nearly ten years and I’m really delighted to have been asked to chair the group at a time of transformational change. I’m looking forward to helping the team progress each of the businesses and, in particular, to getting involved in bringing an ARI Global Technology plant to the UK, a very exciting development for both the group and the industry”.
Tony says: “I’m very pleased that Nick could join us and we welcome him to the Board. We have a very experienced, quality team at WISG and Nick’s different perspective will help us move forward at pace whilst retaining our focus on our day to day business of looking after our customers”.
