Hazibag UK has been shortlisted for the Cost Reduction and Collaboration Award 2015 by East of England Energy Group (EEEGR).
The award looks at products, projects and collaborations that have enabled cost reduction in the energy industry.
Hazibag joined the EEEGR in December last year to help the company make in-roads into the offshore oil and gas industry. The membership organisation represents the industry in a region that has a long association with offshore gas and wind power as well as nuclear and biofuels.
Paul Wood, Hazibag Manager, says: “We believe Hazibag is ideal for the oil and gas industry and from a standing start, we are beginning to see our products used on offshore drilling platforms, energy construction projects and offshore wind farm maintenance. It’s great to be a finalist for this award that recognises some of the benefits Hazibag has to offer the industry”.
Paul will be presenting to the EEEGR award panel at Norwich City Football Club on Thursday 16th July.
