Hazibag UK a leading provider of COSHH and Hazardous Waste Management Solutions, has scored top marks in a recent customer survey receiving an overall service rating of 4.4 out of 5.

The survey rated various elements of service including customer service, ease of placing orders and waste knowledge and advice. Customers were asked to rank the various elements of service from 1 to 5 where 1 equalled poor and 5 equalled strong. Hazibag Infographic

Hazibag UK scored an average score of 4.4 across all elements of service rated and did not rank lower than a 4 in any of the service areas surveyed.

As part of the survey we also asked customers to rank a number of service elements such as Availability / On Time Delivery, Price, and Quality of Product or Service, in order of priority.

“Availability / On Time Delivery and Price” ranked jointly as the most important element of service with Compliance Documentation coming in as the third most important area of service.

The survey also explored potential development areas for Hazibag, which will help us to ensure we are providing the relevant information and support to our customers. 61% of respondents said they would be interested in accessing free guidance and compliance information on issues around managing waste such as, white papers, webinars or onsite presentations/advice.
